We are an Investors in People Silver achiever!
This silver accreditation recognition reflects the company’s continuing commitment people management. Staff training and development is a big part of what we do here at Octink, with each member of staff having their own development plan. being an Investors in People achiever since in 2004 and achieving the Bronze accreditation in 2014.
This award also demonstrates a strong sense of engagement with our employees, clients, and suppliers alike, alongside our desire to deliver a high quality and exceptional service. We’re extremely proud of this achievement, as being investors in people accredited is a badge of honour for businesses of our size.
Our goal is to recruit and retain the best talent in the business, and we’re already looking forward to ways to further develop employee career pathways and high performance to achieve this.
Looking forward, our future aspirations are undoubtedly now to achieve Gold accreditation in the next three years.
What are the required criteria within the investors in people framework required to achieve the silver standard and how did we do it?
- All members of staff completed a survey to be submitted to Investors in People IIP
- One to one interview were conducted with randomly selected members of staff at our main production facility in Brentford, in a completely impartial and fair manner.
- Based on the results of this, Octink were awarded a 3 year accreditation!
- The journey doesn’t end there! Investors in People also laid out a development plan for the company as a whole. This plan detailed how we can build on our successes and go for gold!
