The Print Guardian web to print software allows customers to place signage orders online using multiple devices, anytime 24/7. Standard delivery times are also fast – within 3 days of order! Customisable tools and proofing features further ensure brand owners have flexibility and control of all orders.
The potential of this software is huge – you can instantly tap into your company’s sign design library, edit and customise your signage solution in our on-screen sign maker, and hit order! Print Guardian can then notify your procurement department directly to authorise the order before its sent through to our printing processes. Print Guardian is one of the most versatile and easy-to-use web to print solutions on the market.
We believe Print Guardian is ideal for companies with standard signage libraries. Customers can upload directly onto the portal all within a intuitive and familiar browsing experience. We’re proud to be at the forefront of the leap from format print to online print. Our client base already using the system large scale are already reporting the ease of use and cost effectiveness of the system.
Initial interest in Print Guardian is strong both in the media (see Print Week – 31st March 2017) and with a number of our customers in the construction sector already signed up.
The true potential of the system is still being realised. Currently our client base are mainly using it for business signs, retail signs, shop signs & shop fronts, and health and safety compliance materials. However, there’s no reason why it couldn’t be used to order vehicle graphics, lightboxes, or even advertising hoardings – all from your mobile device. Here at Octink, we are wide-format printing specialists, we can supply a wide range of printed materials, produced in-house at our Brentford production centre.
